No mass production.

No cookie-cutter outlines.

Just boards shaped one at a time, by hand, for how you actually stand on a wave.

We're stoked to introduce a collection shaped exclusively for Adam Mar by Donald Brink — a shaper who's spent over two decades questioning why surfboards look the way they do.

Who Is Donald Brink

Born in South Africa, now hand-shaping out of Dana Point, California, Brink built his name on a simple idea: your front foot and back foot aren't doing the same job, so why should a board's rails be identical on both sides?

His asymmetric designs tune rail shape, outline, and rocker independently for toeside and heelside — built around the rider's actual stance, not a symmetrical template. Two decades of testing and refining.

The Boards

Three shapes, hand-built start to finish with premium American-made materials in Brink's Dana Point shop:

Regular Asym
Goofy Asym
Foam Top

Sizes run 5'2" to 7'2". Limited numbers, exclusive to Adam Mar.

Built Around Our Home Waves

Before Donald touched foam, we put together a mood board — our home waves, our coastline's colors, the landscapes and landmarks that make this place what it is.

He created a set of rubber stamps from those references and block-printed the artwork himself.

Swirls, tile-like grids, interlocking shapes, even a rose print pulled straight off the mood board — each pattern was hand-cut, stamped, and brushed on one board at a time. It's why no two boards in this run feel quite the same. Same process, same hand, different colorway every time.

Every board also carries a hand-signed "Adam Mar x Donald Brink" mark on the rail —
