The latest in Alex Knost's exploration of the Twinzer: the Blind Foil, now with an even rocker and a tighter swallow tail.
Still utilizing the belly channel to create a vee under the front foot, and the tail channel to give the board hold through the last part of your turns.
The swallow helps break the water, allowing for tighter redirections. With a continuous curve to the outline, the Blind Foil scales from 6'4" up to 7'4" without losing any momentum. Go longer if you need more board and want to move around, or shorter to keep it tighter in the curve.
The Twinzer creates a super responsive feeling under the foot, letting you turn tight in the face of the wave and go straight off the lip. The looseness of a twin, plus the twinzer canards, gives just that little bit more hold at the end of your turns — letting you push them a bit harder.
